France – Archiving services – TRAITEMENT ET NUMERISATION DES ARCHIVES - TRAITEMENT DE L'INFORMATION SCIENTIFIQUE ET TECHNIQUE

Framework Agreement for the processing of archives and scientific and technical information of the Military Applications Directorate of the CEA, and for the digitisation of archives. It is broken down into the following lots:

1. Management and technical coordination of activities over 4 years (firm and fixed price).

2.1. Archive processing and digitisation services, which include:

Verification of a bulk of duplicate documents - collation - sorting - classification - reconditioning - duplicate search - indexing with use of a thesaurus - drafting of document summaries - archival supplements to already indexed files - corrections of indexes in Arcadi - archival preparation of a batch of paper documents for digitisation - numbering of archives - digitisation within 24 hours - verification of microform content and creation of documentary files - binding of documents within 24 hours - supply of archive boxes or bins - archival assistance with temporary relocation of archives (BPU).

2.2. Scientific and technical information services of the CEA/DAM, which include:

Ordering of documentation with invoicing - supply of documents - subscription campaign to scientific journals - information search and scientific and technical monitoring - functional administrator of MAP (BPU).

3. Contingencies (on prior quotes).
