LOT 1 = 165,289.26 lei excl. VAT

LOT 2 = 370,247.93 lei excl. VAT

Technical requirements defined at the level of the invitation to participate, the terms of reference or other complementary documents, by referring to standards, to a particular manufacturer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production/method of manufacture/provision/execution, shall be understood as being accompanied by the mention “or equivalent”. Furthermore, in order to respect the principles of non-discrimination and equal treatment, any product/equipment name (within the tender) that refers to a particular manufacturer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production/method of manufacture/provision/execution, shall be understood as being accompanied by the mention “or equivalent”.

The delivery, installation, commissioning and staff training deadline is a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the order from the contracting authority, but no later than 20.12.2026. The delivery location for the equipment is Spitalul Clinic Judetean de Urgenta Sf. Spiridon Iasi. The minimum warranty period granted for the equipment is 24 months from the date of final acceptance. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification/information in the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
