Netherlands – Building construction work – EA openbaar Project Drostenerf IJsselmuiden

The task concerns the redevelopment of the Drostenerf planning area in the centre of IJsselmuiden. The task consists of 70 to 80 zero-energy apartments, at least 28 of which will be social rental homes, supplemented with affordable and mid-range rental and/or purchase homes and purchase homes in the open market. The housing programme targets a mixed group, with a focus on starters and seniors. In addition to the housing programme, the task consists of: •A child centre for education and childcare; •A social meeting space; •Possibly a commercial care space; •A green park zone with water retention (for example, wadis and/or underground storage) and facilities for sports, play and meeting; •Parking, including partially or semi-basement parking. The land price of plots A, B and C will be determined on the basis of a valuation protocol. For plot D, a cost estimate will be used.
