Netherlands – Wastewater-plant repair and maintenance work – Ledigen en reinigen slibgistingstanks

Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe invites market parties to collaborate within the framework agreement for the emptying and cleaning of sludge digestion tanks. We are looking for partners who not only have the necessary expertise and experience in the safe emptying, cleaning and/or preparing of sludge digestion tanks, but also want to invest in a sustainable, open and reliable cooperation, without integral execution obligation. The works include, among others, the emptying of sludge digestion tanks, the removal and disposal of sludge (residues), the cleaning of the tanks and related installation parts, as well as the performance of additional works that are necessary to be able to safely inspect, maintain or put the tanks back into operation. There is no maximum set for the number of framework contractors within the framework agreement; every Applicant who meets the set suitability requirements (see Chapter 4) is eligible for admission. Based on historical expenditures, the size of the assignment for the emptying and cleaning of sludge digestion tanks is estimated at approximately €300.000 (excl. VAT) per year. For the entire duration of the agreement of 6 years, including extensions, the total estimated size is set at approximately €1.800.000 (excl. VAT). To cover possible unforeseen costs, a margin of 100% has been applied in the estimate, resulting in a ceiling amount of €3.600.000 (excl. VAT) for the entire duration of the assignment. The amounts mentioned above are indicative only. The contracting authority cannot derive any claim or right from this. The contracting entity has no obligation to take delivery and gives no turnover guarantee. All amounts mentioned are exclusive of VAT.
