France – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – ENTRETIEN DES ESPACES VERTS

The contract concerns the maintenance of the various green spaces of the municipality of Courbevoie, as well as the pruning and felling of trees, small landscape masonry, manual watering, and weeding/clearing. The consultation is carried out by Open Procedure in accordance with Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the CCP. The consultation will result in the award of four single-supplier framework agreements with order forms, processed at unit prices. All framework agreements will be concluded without a minimum amount and with maximum amounts according to the lots.
