4.1. The subject of the Contract is the successive delivery of medicinal products (also known as the assortment) for the needs of the departments of Szpital Powiatu Bytowskiego Sp. z o.o., ordered by the Hospital Pharmacy in the assortment and absolute requirements specified in the assortment-price form - Annex no. 1 to the SWZ. 4.2. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of using the options on the basis of the rules described in the contract project constituting the annex to the SWZ. The subject of the procedure is the full scope, both guaranteed and optional. 4.3. The assortment will be delivered on the basis of partial orders at the cost and risk of the Contractor to the Hospital Pharmacy within 1 working day from the time of placing the order.
