Finland – Repair and maintenance services – Alueverkon kunnossapito 2027-2031

Järvi-Suomen Energia Oy invites tenders for the maintenance of the area network for the years 2027-2031. The maintenance work includes tasks for the 110 kV overhead line network and the 110 kV underground cable network. The 110 kV maintenance tasks include repairs to earthing, visual inspection, thermal imaging inspection, earthing measurements, and an earthing potential report. The procurement also includes repairs to the 110 kV overhead line network, removal of fallen trees, and maintenance of the repair material stock. The contractor must have the capability to carry out 110 kV overhead line network repairs and manage the earthing of the work site. 110 kV components of power stations are not included in this contract, with the exception of 110 kV underground cable network components and power line towers located at the power station site. The content of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender document "JSE 110 kV Maintenance Project Description 2027-2031". The fixed-term contract period is 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2027. After the fixed-term contract period, the purchaser may, if desired, extend the contract with extension options: 1.1.2028 - 31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030 - 31.12.2031. The purchaser shall notify the contractor in writing of the use of the extension option at the latest three (3) months before the end of the current contract period.
