France – Public-service buses – Acquisition d'autobus standards et articulés neufs à motorisation diesel destinés au transport de voyageurs pour le compte de la Communauté Intercommunale des Villes Solidaires

The framework agreement concerns the acquisition of new diesel-powered standard and articulated buses for the transport of passengers on behalf of the Communauté Intercommunale des Villes Solidaires. The "Goods" in the framework agreement refer to the new vehicles as specified in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières et Financières (CCTPF) of the framework agreement. They are intended for the Communauté Intercommunale des Villes Solidaires (hereinafter "CIVIS"), in its capacity as a contracting authority as defined in article L1212-3 4° of the Code de la Commande Publique (CCP).
