France – Advertising management services – Concession de service de mise à disposition, installation, entretien, maintenance et exploitation des mobiliers urbains publicitaires et non publicitaires

The City entrusts the Concessionaire with the provision, installation, maintenance, upkeep and operation of both advertising and non-advertising public street furniture. The concession contract involves the deployment of several types of street furniture, as referenced in Article 5.4 of the contract draft, as well as certain associated services. The tender is conducted in accordance with the procedure described in Articles L.3121-1 and R.3121-5 and following of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is a concession within the meaning of Article L1121-1 of the Public Procurement Code. It is concluded for a period of sixteen (16) years from 1 April 2027 or from the date of its notification if the latter is later.
