Studies and implementation of the modification and transfer from Meudon to Palaiseau of the ONERA S3 aerodynamic wind tunnel, closed loop, slight atmospheric overpressure, current center distances 24m*5m, approximate dimensions diameters or sides between 2m and 4.2m: 1/ new components (shells, diffuser, vaned elbows...) sheet metal and specific mechanical parts (filters, NIDA, supports,...) 2/ new cooling unit(s) (excluding air vein heat exchangers transferred), and thermal regulation (from 100kW to 2700kW), 3/ transfer of reused components, 4/ reinstallation, cabling, commissioning.
