This consultation concerns the design mission for the « Ceinture Bastide » sewerage works and the development of Amade and Souchet quays in Libourne. This design contract covers the installation of combined sewers known as « Ceinture Bastide » and separate sewers, and development works on Amade and Souchet quays in Libourne. The community assets covered by this contract are therefore gravity and pumping sewerage networks, regardless of whether they are for wastewater, rainwater or combined, manholes and connection pipes, and hydraulic equipment for pumping combined wastewater between PR Souchet and PR Tassigny, including anti-water hammer devices. The municipal assets of the City of Libourne covered by this contract are the connection and supply devices (kiosks) for festivals and cultural events, misting equipment and structures, and roadworks. Incidentally, the drinking water supply networks, fountains, associated connection pipes and dry networks (electrical or fibre) may be involved. Place of execution: « Ceinture Bastide » on Amade and Souchet quays, Jules Ferry Street and Tassigny Square 33500 Libourne. Given that the future work operation falls under the simultaneous jurisdiction of several public contracting authorities (CALI and the City of Libourne), a transfer agreement has been concluded to designate CALI as the contracting authority for the operation.
