The subject of the contract is the supply of surgical sutures for the needs of the Multispecialist Provincial Hospital in Gorzów Wlkp. Sp. z o. o. at 1 Jana Dekerta Street. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 (price) and in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (draft contract). The boundary requirements mentioned in the annexes are considered necessary to meet, failure to do so will result in the rejection of the offer.
