France – Industrial gases – FOURNITURE DE GAZ INDUSTRIELS ET LOCATION DE CONTENANT POUR LES CFA DE LA CMAR PACA

This framework agreement concerns the supply of industrial gases and the rental of gas containers for the CFA sites of the Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat de la région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (CMAR PACA). The expected services are described in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) and the financial document. This framework agreement is awarded through a formalised procedure. It is an open tender, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-1 and 2124-2 and R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Code de la commande publique. The services are subject to a single-supplier framework agreement, which is partly executed by purchase orders, with no minimum and a maximum value, and partly by fixed-price services (Article R. 2112-6 of the Code de la commande publique). • Part of the service is subject to a fixed price for the rental of gas containers. • Part of the services is subject to purchase orders for the supply of gas. As for the unit-price services, these are carried out as and when purchase orders are issued, in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Code de la commande publique. Purchase orders can be issued until the end of the validity of the framework agreement. The estimated purchase quantities are mentioned by CFA in the financial annex, purely for indicative purposes and do not constitute a contractual commitment to orders from the CMAR PACA.
