The municipality of Nordstemmen has decided to renovate and expand the Asternschule primary school in Nordstemmen for full-day school operation. The project is to be implemented with the GKHi Gesellschaft für Kommunale Immobilien. .......... The existing two-storey school building is located on plot 139/129, owned by the municipality of Nordstemmen. The building was supplemented by an extension in 1998. The site area is approximately 9,070 m², and the gross floor area is approximately 3,260 m². Nearby are a kindergarten and a community school. Additionally, there is a sports field, a tennis court with a clubhouse, and a parking lot. The main access to the school is from the east, connected to the Astrid-Lindgren-Way and the parking lots. Currently, there are 13 classes, a daycare group, and a kindergarten group in the existing building. The space program includes full-day and subject classrooms, spaces for school operations, an administrative wing, and sanitary facilities. .......... In a feasibility study "Extension New Building on the School Yard" the space program of the primary school has a gross floor area of approximately 1,575 m². The canteen is to be planned for catering for up to 416 pupils in a two-shift operation. The schoolyard areas are divided into approximately 1,530 m² of paved area and approximately 2,670 m² of unpaved area. The expansion and renovation of the primary school is to be planned functionally and economically in medium equipment quality and to be created barrier-free. The use of environmentally friendly and sustainable building materials is preferred. The preliminary and design planning will be coordinated in detail with the administration and the school management in the planning process. .......... The cost estimate includes the cost groups 300, 400, 500 according to DIN 276 (excluding the costs of groups 100, 200, 600 and 700) and amounts to 5,170,000.00 euros gross. These economic framework conditions of the contracting authority are to be observed in the provision of the planning services. .......... As part of the tendering procedure, solution sketches are to be developed in the offer phase, the evaluation of which is part of the award criteria. Each bidder will receive a reimbursement of 5,000.00 euros net, provided a formally non-excludable offer is submitted.
