Poland – Office furniture – Dostawa mebli biurowych, mebli medycznych i wyposażenia socjalno – biurowego do Wojskowego Instytutu Medycznego – PIB.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of office furniture, medical furniture and social-office equipment to the Military Medical Institute – PIB. 2. The contracting authority allows partial tenders to be submitted. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more parts of the contract. A part of the contract is considered to be an individual package. 3. The contract has been divided into 6 packages. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to the contract notice. 5. The contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions specified in the contract project constituting Annex No. 5 (applies to packages 1-6) to the contract notice. 6. The contract is implemented within the framework of the co-financed agreement No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0016/25-00/113/2025/206 of Project No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0016/25 entitled „WIM-PIB in the process of transforming the Polish health protection system – innovative solutions for a sustainable future” within the framework of the action FENX.06.01 Health System, priority FENX.06 Health of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027. In this regard, the contracting authority requires compliance with the implementation of the contract with the principle „Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH), in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, i.e. „do no significant harm”.
