1. The subject of the contract includes the supply, integration, configuration, commissioning and testing of a complete system designed for the registration, generation and analysis of measurement and control signals, enabling the conduct of dynamic 3D resonance tests, including the simultaneous excitation of the test object, registration of its response and analysis of the registered data. 2. The contract execution period is up to 6 months from the date of the contract signature, but no later than 31.05.2027, due to the need to settle funds from the project. 3. The offered subject of the contract may not include: 1) an ICT product, ICT service or ICT process indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of national security; 2) an ICT product, the type of which has been determined in a decision recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act on the national cybersecurity system, or an ICT service or ICT process specified in such a decision.
