The municipality of Herzebrock-Clarholz intends to construct a new town hall as a replacement for the current one. This new building is to be erected on the current town hall site of approximately 4,800 m². In accordance with the municipality of Herzebrock-Clarholz's climate protection concept, the new town hall must meet at least the KFW-40 energy standard and be climate-neutral in operation. The technical equipment of the building must meet these high ecological and economic requirements. The focus is on cost-optimised operational planning.
