Bulgaria – General liability insurance services – Сключване на застраховки: „Гражданска отговорност" на военнослужещи и цивилни служители, „Професионална отговорност“ и „Щети на имущество“ - обособени позиции

The public procurement contract includes three distinct positions as follows:

Distinct Position № 1 – Insurance with "Civil Liability" insurance for military personnel and civilian employees of the Ministry of Defence, the structures directly subordinate to the Minister of Defence and the Bulgarian Army, for property and non-property damage and harm caused to third parties in the performance of their official duties. The military personnel and civilian employees, who are the object of the insurance, hold positions described in the “List of positions for military personnel and civilian employees of the MoD, the structures directly subordinate to the Minister of Defence and the BA, who, pursuant to Article 223, paragraph 3 and Article 289 of the Law on the Status of Military Personnel, are compulsorily insured for civil liability at the expense of the state budget”. The requirements for the service are in accordance with Technical Specification TS С 94.5123.26 and the Contracting Authority. The number of insured persons is a total of 6182, including: 4945 military personnel and 1237 civilian employees.

Distinct Position № 2 - Insurance with "Property Damage" insurance for geodetic instruments. The requirements for the performance of the service are specified in Technical Specification TS С 94.5126.26. The object of insurance are geodetic instruments, as follows:

1. Dual-frequency GPS receiver Trimble Geoexplorer 7X /Geo 7X/ purchased in 2014, manufactured in 2013, manufacturer – Trimble, inv. № МО-7584

2. Dual-frequency GPS receiver Trimble Geoexplorer 7X /Geo 7X/ purchased in 2014, manufactured in 2013, manufacturer – Trimble, inv. № МО-7585

3. Electronic total station Topcon GTS-255 purchased in 2016, manufactured in 2016, manufacturer - Topcon Corporation, inv. № МО-07770

4. Modular universal system for professional exploration, detection, measurement and maintenance of underground conductors and facilities purchased in 2019, manufactured in 2018, manufacturer – Mala /Sweden/, inv. № МО-8633

5. Total station Topcon OS-201 purchased in 2025, manufactured in 2025, manufacturer – Topcon Corporation, inv. № МО-10118

Distinct Position № 3 - Insurance with "Professional Liability" insurance, in accordance with Article 20, paragraph 3 of the Law on Cadastre and Property Register, for employees of the Ministry of Defence in the performance of their official duties related to the cadastre. The object of insurance are 6 (six) employees of the Ministry of Defence in the performance of their official duties related to the cadastre. The requirements for the performance of the service are specified in Technical Specification TS С 94.5127.26.

Place of performance of the contract /applies to all positions/ - the insurance coverage is for insurance events that have occurred on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Performance period /applies to all positions/ - from 00:00 on 01.03.2027 to 24:00 on 28.02.2030, including three consecutive one-year insurance periods, as follows:

- first insurance period – from 00:00 on 01.03.2027 to 24:00 on 29.02.2028;

- second insurance period – from 00:00 on 01.03.2028 to 24:00 on 28.02.2029;

- third insurance period – from 00:00 on 01.03.2029 to 24:00 on 28.02.2030.
