Conclusion of non-exclusive discount contracts in accordance with §§ 130a para. 8/130c para. 1 SGB V for medicinal products with the aforementioned active substance within the period from 01.08.2026 to 31.07.2028 with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time (open-house model). In the open-house procedure, medicinal products according to the BfArM list in accordance with § 35 para. 5a SGB V (paediatric medicinal products) are excluded.
