In the context of the multichannel offers of its Marketing Solutions business unit, La Poste SA wishes to engage a professional for the provision of printing, personalisation, insertion, franking and mailing services for advertising mail. The service also includes the reception and control of files, interfacing with La Poste's information system for the transmission of flows, management of proofs (BAT), production from standardised formats, postal deposit and complete reporting of operations. The contract will not be divided into lots due to the indivisible and integrated nature of the expected services (automated editorial chain, SI interconnection, production and postal deposit). The service covers the entire territory of metropolitan France as well as the Overseas Departments and Regions (DROM). The processing of La Poste's data, including hosting, backup and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU) or a country in the European Economic Area (EEA). The consultation dossier, which will be sent to the selected providers, will specify the elements related to this requirement.
