This is a framework agreement with order forms and a partially fixed allocation with tranches. For each lot, the framework agreement is concluded at the level of its firm tranche from the date of notification. In case of firming up of all tranches, the framework agreement is concluded for a total duration up to 30 June 2031. The maximum contractual amount for each lot in case of firming up of all tranches of the framework agreement is as follows: 1 416 668 € excl. VAT for lot 1, 1 666 664 € excl. VAT for lot 2, 1 666 664 € excl. VAT for lot 3, 516 664 € excl. VAT for lot 4.
