To stimulate more financially advantageous offers through bulk purchasing and the mutualisation of procedures, the members will be represented for their needs by the Public Interest Grouping Approlys Centr'Achats. This involves, for each lot, a single-award framework agreement with no minimum and annual maximums, which will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders, issued by each identified beneficiary member, as and when they have their own needs.
