The subject of the order are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction to be carried out in the Syców Forest District in 2027. The material scope of the order includes the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. – detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. – valuation of the order value for individual works; Annex No. 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in the field of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in the forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber extraction; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and extraction; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. – information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.4.1. – potential locations for the care of forest stands; Annex No. 2.4.2. – compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter. The material scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 are of an estimated nature. The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works" Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works" The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the order (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the order (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the manner of implementing some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works, under special conditions relating to a given Package constituting the subject of the order. 5) Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forestry works (activities) constituting the subject of the order have been described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) A description of the rules of the procedure for making acceptances of forestry works has been included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 7) The subject of the order has been divided into parts ("Package") Package I – Performance of forestry services within the forest area of Bralin, Package II – Performance of forestry services within the forest area of Międzybórz, Package III – Performance of forestry services within the forest area of Rychtal, Package IV Performance of forestry services within the forest area of Syców, Package V – Performance of timber harvesting and extraction using forest machinery of the harvester, forwarder type at the positions indicated by the Orderer - Harvester I Forestry: Dobra, Kliny, Czermin, Marcinki, Bałdowice, Package VI – Performance of timber harvesting and extraction using forest machinery of the harvester, forwarder type at the positions indicated by the Orderer - Harvester II Forestry: Międzybórz, Bukowina, Drołtowice, Komorów, Widawa, Dziadowa Kłoda, Dziadów Most, Package VII – Performance of timber harvesting and extraction using forest machinery of the harvester, forwarder type at the positions indicated by the Orderer - Harvester III Forestry: Smardze, Darnowiec, Sadogóra. The place of realization of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of the Syców Forest District. Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the realization of the subject of the order, as well as the economic situation that is not foreseen at this point, the Orderer reserves the right, in justified cases, to make corrections reducing, corrections increasing, setting new locations, as well as suspending the performance of activities indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing corrections do not mean the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the order, and reducing corrections do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the works. They should be understood as an increase in the quantity of works in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including also in locations in the Package Implementation Area not indicated initially in the SWZ), with a simultaneous reduction in the quantity of works in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area, within the summary quantities of individual works constituting the subject of the Contract specified in the SWZ, falling to be carried out on the entire Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of some elements of the realized order in the course of the implementation of the subject of the order may also occur in order to realize the full scope of works described in the subject of the order. The establishment of a new location takes place within the subject of the order, however, always exclusively within the Package Implementation Area. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in point 3 of the Specification of Order Conditions and the annexes to the SWZ indicated therein.
