The measure comprises 3 components: office building, police training centre with shooting range and garage building. The service is divided into: - Earthworks with excavation (16,770 m³), backfilling and land modelling - Civil engineering works with supply and disposal lines, rainwater drainage, shaft works for cable laying, cable pulling systems - the master builder's scope with the foundations, reinforced concrete works (reinforced concrete foundations: approx. 565 m³, reinforced concrete base plate: approx. 1,297 m³, reinforced concrete walls: approx. 2,700 m³, reinforced concrete ceiling approx. 10,054 m²), locksmith and steel construction works, sealing of cellar walls, pre-sealing of roof surface, scaffolding work Required evidence for steel construction works: EC certificate for factory production control (execution class EXC 2 according to DIN EN 1090-2:2018-09), proof of suitability for welding of headed studs according to DIN EN ISO 14555. The access regulations with security check of the PP-Ofr must be observed.
