Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Technische Gebäudeausrüstung HLS für den Neubau Mehrfamilienhaus Bürgerstiftung in Bietigheim-Bissingen

The Bürgerstiftung Bietigheim-Bissingen intends to construct a new multi-family residential building at Panoramastraße 44, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen. The foundation is a municipal foundation under civil law with the aim of promoting community-oriented projects, particularly in the area of affordable housing. The plan is for a residential building with 6 units, some of which will be subsidised and some barrier-free. The building permit application has already been submitted, a building permit is in place, and the design phase is largely complete. The total residential area is approximately 440 m2 with a gross floor area of around 837 m2. The subject of the negotiated procedure is the provision of services for the award of a planning contract for the incorporation as well as the performance phases 6-9 of the technical building equipment in the plant groups 1-3 (HLS) for the new construction of a multi-family residential building of the Bürgerstiftung in Bietigheim-Bissingen, in accordance with HOAI 2021 §§ 53-55.
