Germany – Engineering design services – Stadt Babenhausen - Durchgängigkeitsmaßnahmen an der Gersprenz Bereich: Stadtmühle Babenhausen

In the municipality of Babenhausen, the Gersprenz river flows at river kilometre 12.9 through the so-called Stadtmühle. There is a decommissioned hydropower plant there, which currently presents an obstacle to migration. As part of the tendered measure, the water-carrying parts of the hydropower plant are to be dismantled and the passability restored while taking into account and preserving the surrounding local conditions. The overall project is divided into two self-contained sub-projects – the dismantling of the former hydropower plant (Lot 1) and the restoration of fish passability (Lot 2). Both measures are functionally and spatially related and must be coordinated in terms of planning. The following planning services are tendered for the dismantling of the hydropower plant (Lot 1): - Structural design for civil engineering structures according to Part 3, Section 3 HOAI – LPH 1-9, as well as special services (fee zone III) - Structural design according to Part 4, Section 1 HOAI – LPH 1-6, as well as special services (fee zone II) - Consulting services according to Appendix 1 HOAI o Geotechnical investigations and consultancy, - Partial services a to c according to Section 1.3.3, Paragraph 3, Column 1, Appendix 1 to Section 3, Paragraph 1, HOAI, as well as special services (fee zone II) o Services for engineering surveying (fee zone III) - Services for environmental construction supervision according to Volume 27 of the AHO series of publications - Services according to the Construction Site Ordinance For the restoration of fish passability (Lot 2), the following planning service is tendered in addition to the above-mentioned services: - Landscape management accompanying plan according to Section 26 HOAI In the engineering contract, a phased commissioning is provided. The first stage includes performance phases 1-2. There is no entitlement to the commissioning of all the services tendered.
