Denmark – Construction work – Bodenhoffs Plads Hovedentreprise med tidlig entreprenørinddragelse

The Bodenhoffs Plads for Bo-Vita. The tender concerns a main contract with early contractor involvement in connection with the renovation of Bodenhoffs Plads. Several dwellings will be renovated with new water supply installations, sewerage, kitchens and bathrooms. The main contractor will, as part of the early contractor involvement, enter into a collaboration and optimization phase with Bo-Vita with the aim of, among other things, optimizing construction site conditions, construction pace, the process for contractor project planning and resident management. The tender is carried out as a restricted tender in accordance with the Public Procurement Act sections 58-60. Bo-Vita will pre-qualify five applicants to participate in the tendering. The tender comprises two phases: an application phase and a tender phase. The tender conditions contain the formal conditions for the implementation of the tendering process.
