France – Protective gear – 2026-0089 - FOURNITURE COMPLEMENTAIRE D'ARTICLES A USAGE UNIQUE NON STERILES POUR LE GHT DES HOPITAUX DE PROVENCE (SYSTEME D'ACQUISITION DYNAMIQUE)

The services are paid for by unit prices within the framework of the specific contracts launched subsequently. The present dynamic purchasing system consists of the purchase of additional non-sterile single-use items for the GHT hôpitaux de Provence. The dynamic purchasing system is divided into categories defined in Annex 1 of the present CCAP. The quantities indicated in Annex 4 of the RC apply to each category in its entirety and are "estimative" over the duration of the SAD. They do not constitute in any way a minimum contractual commitment to order on the part of the GHT. The estimated value of the total amount of the SAD is indicated over its total duration and all categories combined. For each category, a maximum amount is set over the total duration of the SAD.
