The subject of the contract concerns the purchase of SAP IT services of types TMA, technical and functional expertise and small projects. This need is part of a process to standardise SAP services with the implementation of suitable contracts. The stakes of the matter are multiple: -To be part of a process that takes into account the current and future SI industrial policy of Enedis; -To move from a project mode to a more industrial mode, relying on partners capable of committing and adapting to changes; -To control costs with standardisation, forfaitisation and opening in TMA via service centres; -To rely on partners who can respond, over the long term, to Enedis's challenges, notably in terms of cost through the implementation of forfaitisation (TMA), flexibility through the use of service centres, expertise through its positioning, quality of delivery through the implementation of effective and proven processes; -To manage the transition to the new model smoothly, minimising impacts on activity and ensuring continuity of operations. This contract will include 3 lots: Lot 1: TMA (single award) Lot 2: Expertise (multi-award: 4 contractors) Lot 3: Small projects (multi-award: 4 contractors)
