Romania – Anti-riot equipment – Acord-cadru furnizare Complete de protecție pentru intervenții la acțiuni speciale

The subject of the procedure is the award of a Framework Agreement for the supply of Complete Protection Equipment for interventions in special actions. The nature of the missions carried out by the Special Intervention Brigade of the Romanian Gendarmerie, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 550/2004 on the organisation and operation of the Romanian Gendarmerie, requires the unit to be equipped with Complete Protection Equipment for interventions in special actions, which is provided for in the equipment and supply regulations. Interested economic operators may request clarifications/additional information up to the 18th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond, clearly and competently, to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
