The framework agreement concerns the acquisition of services for project management and site supervision for the execution of industrial projects for services and/or equipment. The Services are intended for the Beneficiaries of the CATP, in their capacity as Contracting Authorities as defined in Article L1212-3, 4° of the CCP, in their role as network operators providing a public service in the field of passenger transport.
