The Municipality of The Hague, represented by the Central Real Estate Organisation (CVDH), intends to realise replacement new construction for the Islamic primary school Yunus Emre at the location Beresteinlaan 629 in The Hague. Primary school Yunus Emre is located in the Bouwlust and Vrederust (Venen, Oorden and Raden) neighbourhood in the Escamp district. This concerns replacement new construction for a primary school with 17 groups including two playrooms and a gymnasium as well as space for pre- and early school education (VVE). The school name is ISNO Yunus Emre – Beresteinlaan. The assignment includes creating a design for the new child centre to be built at Beresteinlaan 629 in The Hague-Zuidwest. This design will be executed in phases (SO, VO, DO and TO), with approval and assignment of work per phase. The works include the architectural/building, structural and technical installation design, including the necessary building physical, fire safety and sustainability advice and elaborations (including circularity). A task-based budget will be provided for the whole, within which the design must be able to be realised. The preparation of the cost estimate(s) also belongs to the tasks of the design team. Obtaining the necessary permits and all associated works also fall under the responsibilities of the design team.
