The details of the phasing of the operation and the missions assigned to the contractor are set out in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by lump sum prices. The present contract is for the provision of a Project Management Assistance (PMA) service for the management, coordination and oversight of the studies, procedures and operations necessary for the implementation of the OCCIRAIL project.
