On the premises of the DLR in Neustrelitz, a new building is planned. The new building will be constructed as a three-storey timber hybrid structure. The building will be erected as a freestanding office building and has a base dimension of approx. 81 x 20 m. - Load-bearing timber structure consisting of wall elements (building dimensions: approx. 80 x 20 x 11 m) and ceiling elements (ceiling areas: approx. 1,520 m²) - Facade cladding (approx. 1,200 m²) - Steel parts for fastening and interface with reinforced concrete construction - Timber windows: approx. 690 m² - Mullion and transom facade: approx. 80 m² Period of performance: estimated start January 2027 – estimated end September 2027
