The subject of the public procurement is the supply, through periodic (monthly) orders from the Contracting Authority, of reagents and consumables for the immunology analyzer “CL 1200i MINDRAY” and the glucose analyzer “Biosen”. The procurement includes a total of 38 (thirty-eight) separate positions, which will be awarded in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 1, Item 1, Subparagraph b) of the Public Procurement Act, with the Technical Specification indicating general and minimum technical requirements for the medical devices offered, and in Appendix 1, in Excel format, specifying the name, technical characteristics, units of measurement, and approximate forecast quantities in units of measurement for each separate position close to the actual quantity purchased by the Contracting Authority. The forecast quantity is for 24 (twenty-four) months, calculated based on annual consumption from the previous year for each separate position, with the Contracting Authority not being obliged to order the entire quantity specified in the public procurement specification, but having the right to order quantities according to its actual needs. Depending on its specific needs based on the number of patients received during the month, if necessary, the Contracting Authority makes separate (additional) orders. Delivery time for ordered medical devices – up to 3 (three) calendar days after receipt of the order. The order is submitted by the Contracting Authority in written form by electronic means. Acceptance and recording of deliveries - the date of delivery is considered to be the date on which the goods are received by the Contracting Authority at the place of performance, in accordance with the acceptance and transfer protocol. Place of performance - the deliveries will be provided at the following address of the Contracting Authority: Varna, "Tsar Osvoboditel" Blvd. 100, "SBALOZ Dr. M. A. Markov - Varna" EOOD, Hospital Pharmacy in the presence of the Head of Clinical Laboratory. The medical devices offered for each separate position must be compatible with the device for which they are offered. Participants must certify the compatibility of the medical devices offered with the device specified in the technical specification, by submitting a letter-declaration or an equivalent official document (in the applicable cases), which must be drawn up also in Bulgarian. In accordance with Article 16, Paragraph 1 of the MIA.
