The proposed products consist of hardware components, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, through which uninterruptible power supply can be ensured for the Gama system, in the necessary parameters. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documents up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information submitted by economic operators, on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, corroborated with Article 27 paragraph (3) of H.G. No. 395/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
