The service of building design - architectural services is being tendered through a negotiated procedure with a selection stage for the award of architectural services in accordance with § 34 HOAI for phases 2 to 8 (performance levels 1 to 4). Please note the published task description (file "1256-26 Aufgabenstellung.pdf") for the scope of the planning. For participation in this tender, in the first stage (competition for participation), the submission of an application form (participation request) with the required information and evidence is necessary by the set deadline. The best-suited candidates selected at the end of the evaluation of the first stage will become participants in the second stage of the procedure (bidder procedure). In the second stage, the first offer must then be submitted. Negotiations will continue based on the first offer. After submission of the final non-negotiable offers, bidders will be invited to present themselves in person to a jury.
