Germany – Insurance brokerage services – Versicherungsmaklerleistungen

The subject of this tender is the provision of comprehensive insurance brokerage services for the contracting authority. The service includes strategic consulting, regular risk analysis, ensuring value balance, as well as continuous market analysis and insurance procurement (incl. EU tenders). A particular focus of the service is the complete contract administration and extensive claims management, which must also include the processing and settlement of old claims (legacy cases) from the period before the start of the mandate. The service is supplemented by a digital, GDPR-compliant customer portal. The contract duration is up to 5 years (3 + 2 contract years).
