The subject of the order is the provision of services for the task entitled >>MANAGEMENT of selectively collected kitchen waste subject to biodegradation and waste subject to biodegradation with codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01<<, from 01-01-2027 to 31-12-2027, involving the management of municipal kitchen waste subject to biodegradation and waste subject to biodegradation with codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01, originating from residential and non-residential properties in the City of Luboń, as well as collected at the Selective Waste Collection Point, carried out in accordance with the location of the municipal facility of the Contractor, through: a) collection of waste delivered by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor's municipal facility and its management by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable waste law, in a total estimated amount of up to 2200 Mg, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 (location of the facility within 45 km from the Contracting Authority's headquarters); OR b) collection and transportation of waste by the Contractor from a transshipment station located in the town of Luboń to the place of management and its management by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable waste law, in a total estimated amount of up to 2200 Mg, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 (location of the facility more than 45 km from the Contracting Authority's headquarters). 2. The detailed description, scope, conditions and method of implementing the subject of the order are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ and the contract template for the public order, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The main aspects of the procedure and the conditions for participation in the procedure, as well as the grounds for exclusion from the procedure, are contained in the Tender Documents.
