Germany – Software package and information systems – Beschaffung einer Screening-Software für Finanzsanktionen sowie erweiterter Sanktionslisten inkl. Research Tool im Rahmen des Projektes WEMASO

As part of the WEMASO project, the Deutsche Bundesbank procures components to support software-based financial sanctions checks pursuant to § 23 para. 1 and 2 of the Foreign Trade and Payments Act (AWG). Lot 1: Lot 1 covers the procurement of a standard IT solution in the area of name screening to support financial sanctions checks. The software shall screen structured and semi-structured data against sanctions lists and be integrated into a Deutsche Bundesbank-owned audit platform. Lot 2: Lot 2 covers the procurement of extended sanctions lists, including a research tool to support the Deutsche Bundesbank's financial sanctions checks.
