The subject of the contract under separate position No. 1 includes the reconstruction and rehabilitation of a street water supply network in the village of Bistra, Alfatar Municipality, Silistra Region, namely: street water supply with a length of 4025.32m and building water supply diversions (BWD) – 1139.00m. The reconstruction and rehabilitation will be carried out on the following streets in the village of Bistra: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 16th. Investment projects have been approved for the construction, and a Building Permit No. 3/22.01.2025 has been issued by the Chief Architect of Alfatar Municipality, under which the construction subject to this contract falls into the second category according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 2, letter "b" of the Spatial Planning Act. Pursuant to Art. 5, para. 6, item 4.2.1 of the Ordinance on the procedure for registration and maintenance of the Central Professional Register of the Builder (CPRB), it falls into the fourth group: construction of the improvement infrastructure, hydraulic engineering and environmental protection.

The subject of the contract under separate position No. 2 includes the reconstruction and rehabilitation of a street water supply network in the village of Kutlovitsa, Alfatar Municipality, Silistra Region, namely: street water supply with a length of 2936.80m and building water supply diversions (BWD) – 845.00m. The reconstruction and rehabilitation will be carried out on the following streets in the village of Kutlovitsa: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 11th and 16th. Investment projects have been approved for the construction, and a Building Permit No. 2/22.01.2025 has been issued by the Chief Architect of Alfatar Municipality, under which the construction subject to this contract falls into the third category according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 3, letter "b" of the Spatial Planning Act. Pursuant to Art. 5, para. 6, item 4.3.1 of the Ordinance on the procedure for registration and maintenance of the Central Professional Register of the Builder (CPRB), it falls into the fourth group: construction of the improvement infrastructure, hydraulic engineering and environmental protection.
