Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_ARCH_Stadtwerke Waldkirchen_Sanierung des Karoli-Badeparks Waldkirchen

The Stadtwerke Waldkirchen, a municipal enterprise of the city of Waldkirchen, intends to carry out the comprehensive renovation of the Karoli Badepark at the location VdK-Heim-Straße 3 in 94065 Waldkirchen. Funding from two different funding sources (EFRE and RÖFE) is sought. The focus of the overall measure is on the technical and energy-related renewal of the indoor pool. Services are to be procured for the building and interior design planning in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI in phases 1 to 9. The procurement will be carried out in stages. In the event of an order, initially the phases 1 to 2 will be commissioned. The commissioning of further phases will be decided by the contracting authority according to the project progress (staged commissioning). The following special services will be awarded: - Energy performance certificates and support for the energy optimisation report in accordance with the requirements of the EFRE funding - Support in preparing the necessary documents and calculations for subsidy law assessments - Support with the application for funding (for EFRE and RÖFE) - Support with the settlement of funding, including proof of use (for EFRE and RÖFE) - Supervision of defect rectification within the limitation period.
