Netherlands – Repair and maintenance services – Onderhoud van werktuigbouwkundige installaties ten behoeve van de Haagse Scholen

The Hague Schools wishes to contract two (2) parties responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical engineering installations within the school buildings of The Hague Schools. The contract includes, among other things, the maintenance of HVAC boilers, air conditioning installations, WTW units, air handling installations and ventilation systems, including breakdown service, mandatory SCIOS inspections and replacement maintenance. The aim of the tender is to ensure a safe, healthy and comfortable indoor climate for pupils and staff at the school locations of The Hague Schools. €940,000 initial contract duration (two (2) years).
