For the performance of mining activities such as drilling operations, the reworking of drift contours, the drilling of blast hole and anchor holes, as well as the loading of muck, a self-propelled multifunctional machine with cable-connected, electric drive is to be procured. Due to the local conditions, a tracked undercarriage with rubber tracks is necessary for movement underground. To secure the machine at the workplace, it should have 4 hydraulically controlled outriggers. The complete control of all functions should be carried out by radio remote control. The required work performance is defined by the electrical motor power and the volume of the hydraulic system. The machine must be able to pass through narrow spaces with the maximum dimensions of 1,8 x 2,1 m (width x height). The delivery scope of the multifunctional machine should include the following attachments, including a quick-change system: • Hydraulic hammer with pointed chisel • Roadheader for the processing of rock salt and anhydrite • Loading shovel (0,25 m³) • Adapter plates for mechanical and hydraulic adaptation of existing drill rigs. The mobile working machine must be compatible with the 690 V AC IT network (3P+PE), without requiring a separate transformer. The machine's power cable must be approved for mining. An earth fault monitoring system with optical display on the vehicle is to be provided. The mobile working machine must correspond to the current state of the art in terms of design and technology, as well as to the currently applicable laws and standards. By means of appropriate special/ additional equipment, such as additional work spotlights, protective covers for hydraulic and electrical components, as well as a mining-approved (BuT) and vehicle-mounted 10-kg fire extinguisher, the machine should be adapted by the contracting authority to the underground requirements.
