A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ. 1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forestry in accordance with the definition in art. 6, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – Forest Act) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, nature protection, timber harvesting and logging, as well as tourist development to be carried out in the Świętoszów Forest District in 2027. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, nature protection, timber harvesting and logging, as well as tourist development resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. – detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. – valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex No. 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in the field of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment layout of timber harvesting in the forest district; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and logging; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. – information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.4.1. – potential locations for the care of forest plantations; Annex No. 2.4.2. – compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out using a planter; Annex No. 2.5. – compilation of positions in the working field of the polygon. 3) The material scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 have an estimated character. 4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" Annex No. 3.3. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works". The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this scope the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ or Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information regarding the manner of implementation of some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works, under specific conditions relating to a given Package constituting the subject of the contract. 5) Descriptions of the activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
