Romania – Construction supervision services – ACORD CADRU DE SERVICII DE SUPERVIZARE A EXECUȚIEI LUCRĂRILOR SAU DE SUPERVIZARE A EXECUȚIEI LUCRĂRILOR ȘI A PROIECTĂRII, INCLUSIV SERVICII DE DIRIGENȚIE DE ȘANTIER ȘI COORDONARE SSM CU CINCI CONTRACTE SUBSECVENTE

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of WORKS SUPERVISION SERVICES OR SUPERVISION OF WORKS AND DESIGN SERVICES, INCLUDING SITE MANAGEMENT AND SSM COORDINATION SERVICES, WITH FIVE SUBSEQUENT CONTRACTS. In the execution of the framework agreement, a maximum of 5 subsequent contracts will be awarded, each subsequent contract having as its subject a single investment objective, as follows: - National Museum „George Enescu” – Cantacuzino Palace, Memorial House and Annex; - Vila Florica – National Museum Brătianu; - Ion and Dr. Nicolai Kalinderu Museum – National Museum of Art of Romania; - Ion I.C. Brătianu Cultural Institution; - National Theatre „Marin Sorescu” from Craiova. Consequently: - the estimated minimum quantity for the duration of the framework agreement is 1 subsequent contract, relating to one investment objective; - the estimated maximum quantity for the duration of the framework agreement is 5 subsequent contracts, one for each of the five investment objectives; - the minimum and maximum quantity that may be the subject of a subsequent contract is represented by the services relating to a single investment objective, as described in the Terms of Reference. The number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. To requests for clarification received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
