The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design documentation, including obtaining the necessary opinions, agreements and administrative decisions required by construction law, and the provision of design supervision for the implementation of construction works within the project “Forests for wetlands – protection of hygrophilous habitats in areas of natural value”. Small retention refers to actions to improve the water retention capacity of small natural and artificial reservoirs and its impoundment in riverbeds, streams, canals and ditches for later release into the environment. The aim of the construction investment based on the design documentation will primarily be to improve the moisture content of forest soils, to change the unfavourable, rapid surface water runoff from forest areas to a slower runoff, to diversify the elements of the forest ecosystem and to have a beneficial effect on biodiversity. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare complete design documentation (hereinafter referred to as documentation) along with all the necessary opinions, agreements and administrative decisions required by the applicable regulations.
