The contract involves the delivery, implementation and maintenance of a compliance application (SaaS) that supports BOA’s in their daily tasks and meets the requirements of the Wet politiegegevens (Wpg) and the AVG. The compliance application enables BOA’s to carry out, register and support their enforcement tasks as digitally and information-driven as possible, in a manner that makes mobile digital enforcement possible, so that enforcers on the street have direct access to all information relevant to their work (input) and that enforcers can carry out as much of the administrative processing and reports/fines on the street as possible (output). Approximately €50,000 per year.
