The subject of the contract is the provision of services to the Contracting Authority related to the performance of investor supervision over the implementation of construction works, covered by the guaranteed scope, within the task entitled "Reconstruction for the purpose of improving the energy efficiency of the Tax Office building in Lubaczów at 6 Jana III Sobieskiego Street". 2. The detailed scope and manner of implementation of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ draft contract terms (contract template).
