Poland – Medical equipments – Zakup aparatury medycznej wraz z modernizacją Kl. Chirurgii Naczyniowej i Angiologii w postaci utworzenia nowoczesnej sali hybrydowej w Szpitalu Uniwersyteckim nr 1 im. dr. A. Jurasza w Bydgoszczy

1. The subject of the procurement is the purchase of medical equipment along with the modernisation of the Vascular and Angiology Surgery Clinic in the form of creating a modern hybrid operating room at the University Hospital No. 1, dr. A. Jurasza in Bydgoszcz. 2. The subject of the procurement has been divided into 2 parts: Part no. 1 - Delivery and installation of an angiographic system and other medical equipment along with the modernisation and equipping of the Vascular and Angiology Surgery Clinic, Part no. 2 - Laser. 3. Tenders may be submitted in relation to one, several, or all parts of the procurement. The tender for each part must be complete and must meet the detailed requirements specified in the SWZ and its annexes. A detailed description and the method of implementing the procurement are contained in the SWZ and annexes, in particular in: 1) The price-list and assortment form, constituting Annex no. 1a to the SWZ – relating to part no. 1 and 2 2) The Functional-User Programme together with annexes, constituting Annex no. 7 to the SWZ – relating to part no. 1 3) The draft contractual clauses with annexes, constituting Annexes no. 5a and 5b to the SWZ. 4. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the subject of the proceedings if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the procurement have not been granted to it. 5. The Contracting Authority requires the submission of the subject documents of evidence, as mentioned in Section IV, paragraph 6 of the SWZ - relating to part no. 1 and 2, together with the tender. 6. The subject procurement procedure is subject to the IZM instrument, as mentioned in Article 1, paragraph 1 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1197 of 19 June 2025, imposing the International Procurement Instrument (IZM) limiting the access of contractors and medical devices originating in the People's Republic of China to the Union's public procurement market for medical devices in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/1031 of the European Parliament and of the Council in relation to public procurement procedures falling within the scope of the IZM instrument.
